I build simple, reliable automations for trades, e-commerce, professional services and local businesses. Less time on admin, more time running the actual business.
A quick call to see if we're a good fit. A clear, fixed-price proposal. Then I build it and keep it running. That's it.
Tell me what's eating your week. I'll ask a few questions, and I'll be straight with you — if automation isn't the right answer, I'll say so. No pitch, no pressure.
If it's a good fit, I'll dig into the detail, map out the process and send you a clear proposal — one price, no surprises. You say yes or no. Simple.
Up and running in about two weeks. I'll tune it through the first month, then stay quietly in the background keeping it healthy.
Most clients start with whichever is annoying them most and add from there. See full detail →
Enquiry comes in → a branded quote lands within minutes → polite nudges at day 3 and day 7 if they've gone quiet.
Watches your Xero or QuickBooks. Gentle reminders at 7, 14, 21 days overdue. You stay the good guy.
Web form → slot → booking, without you lifting a finger. Sends a day-before reminder too.
More on thisA day after a job, a warm message goes out. Google gets the happy ones. You get the rest privately.
More on thisXero ↔ CRM ↔ calendar ↔ inbox, quietly in step. Invisible once it's running.
More on thisDrag the sliders. Honest estimate. No email required.
A one-off build fee to get everything set up, then a small monthly fee to keep it running. No contracts, cancel any time.
You'll always know who you're talking to.
Flowcentral is just me — a solo operator based in the Staffordshire, with a background in product and operations. I've spent years inside businesses watching the same admin problems repeat themselves: quotes going out late, invoices not chased, bookings lost in someone's inbox.
I started Flowcentral to fix exactly that — for small businesses that don't have an IT team, a consultant, or a spare afternoon to figure it out themselves. Practical automations, plain English, and a single person who picks up the phone.

Almost never. I work with Xero, QuickBooks, FreeAgent, Gmail, Outlook, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Google Calendar, Square, and most booking tools. If I can't connect it, I'll say so in the first call.
All plans include monitoring. If something stops — an API changes, a password expires — I usually know before you do. Fixing it is part of the monthly fee.
Genuinely the opposite — my favourite clients are the ones who've never opened a spreadsheet formula.
Monthly rolling. One month's notice to pause or stop. No exit fees, no "we keep your data" nonsense.
No — this is the bit I care about most. Every message is written in your tone of voice and tweaked until it sounds like you wrote it on a Tuesday morning.
Most automations are live within two weeks of the proposal being signed off. More complex setups can take three to four weeks, but I'll always give you a realistic timeline upfront.
Book a free 15-minute call. I'll ask what's eating your week and tell you honestly whether automation is the right answer.
